How do I know if VCM a good fit for my business?

What does the process look like when working with VCM?
First, we will evaluate your current needs; then we will create a custom proposal that will satisfy your business goals.
Once the proposal is agreed upon, you will receive your service agreement and invoice.
As soon as your agreement and payment are processed, we will start working on your project.
When do I pay?
Typically, a 50% deposit is required before the start of services, and the balance is invoiced after said services.
Ongoing services that require monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of every month.
Are VCM’s rates fixed?
Yes, they are. We'll send you a proposed scope of work and rate (open for discussion) for your project. Unless mutually agreed upon changes occur to the scope, your fee remains unchanged.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, absolutely. We offer payment plans where you can pay your balance through installments. We will always focus on supporting you and will accommodate your budget whenever possible.
Do you charge transaction fees?
Should you decide to use Quickbooks for your invoice processing, a 2.9% fee will be applied.
However, we offer our clients the flexibility to settle their invoices via bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App to forego this fee.
Are there any extra charges I need to be aware of?
Nope! We do have late fees, but that will be outlined in each individual agreement.
