FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Since my early days, I’ve always loved expressing myself through creation. So much so, I got my BA in Theatre & Dramatic Arts from University of Southern California (fight on!) and moved on to dance and act professionally for a big chunk of my 20s. I’m passionate about artistry and all the different ways we’re able to create something beautiful & from the heart. (I can be a bit cheesy at times.)

Hi, I'm Mariah! I handle all things administration for VCM. Originally I am from a small town in Kansas and now residing in Iowa. I attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences. I love assisting with administration and operations tasks so the creative team can continue to focus on creating!

Hi! My name is Ali Hill. I'm 25 years old & live in Boston, Massachusetts. I have experience working in Sales & Growth Marketing for the past 3.5 years. My experience is on the brand side, so I'm excited to learn more about Agency work! My role at VCM is a Sales Specialist where I'll help grow and scale the sales team. Very excited for my new role!

Coming from a diverse background in marketing, communications, and tech, I've alnays navigated various roles, including UX/UI design. With a passion for creating compelling content, storytelling, and engaging experiences, I'm thrilled to be the marketing coordinator at VCM.

I've always been drawn to the arts and exploring new hobbies. Photography in particular, was one that really stuck. It has taken me through many incredible journeys fostering continuous growth both personally and professionally. I'm excited to bring my previous experience with social media management and content creation to a new team of creatives.
